START Customer Care Program (Organized by CCS, Facilitated by ACCES Employment)

This workshop is to inform immigrant women who want to pursue careers in the customer care sector about this 9-week program that will provide them with industry-recognized certifications, computer training, job search support and coaching. They will learn about workplace culture and get prepared with communication skills, get individual career planning support, understand customer care roles in different organizations and get connected with employers that are hiring.
