The coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented challenges and uncertainty. The CCS family extends across the country and we hope everybody in our community – staff, volunteers, partners, funders, vendors, suppliers, Board — wherever you may be, that you and your families are safe and healthy.
We are focused on meeting our clients’ needs and our teams continue to work remotely to support them by phone, email and videoconference. We are also regularly updating our digital platforms with program updates and links to multilingual community resources to help them stay informed and connected.
In the spring edition of CCS Connects, our external newsletter, we feature a story on how our LINC, Care for Newcomer Children and Family Literacy program teams joined forces to find a way to deliver service virtually — and help take care of clients’ kids too! We also examine how small actions drive incremental change in a profile of local entrepreneur and CCS employee – and donor – Farhana Jogiat.
We hope you can check out the April edition and safe wherever you may be.
